Wedding ceremony

The Experience

Quiet in the room. Present for all of it.

From the first conversation to the moment your film arrives — here’s what working together actually looks like.

01

Inquiry

Fill out the form at the bottom of this page or send me a direct email. Tell me about your wedding: the date, the venue if you have one, and what matters most to you about having a film. I read every inquiry personally and write back within 24 hours.

02

Discovery Call

If your date is available and the work feels like a good fit, I’ll suggest a 30-minute video call. No pitch, no pressure. I want to know about the day — who’s there, what the flow looks like, whether you’re expecting 40 guests or 400. You’ll know whether you want to book by the end of it.

03

Booking

If we both want to move forward, I send a custom proposal within 24 hours of the discovery call. Once you’ve accepted: 25% retainer to hold your date and turn away other couples. Two more equal payments, spaced three months apart, with the final payment well before the wedding.

Before the Day Begins

Everything is arranged.
You focus on the day.

I handle the logistics — scouting, timelines, vendor coordination — so that when your morning starts, the only thing left to do is celebrate.

04

The Lead-Up

For destination weddings, I’m in touch more often than local couples might expect — mostly with your planner. I’m coordinating flights, scouting, and timelines well in advance. Six weeks out, we have a planning call to walk through the timeline, key people, and any sensitive moments worth knowing about.

I fly in at least one day before the wedding — two for multi-day or remote venues — to scout in person.

05

Wedding Day

I show up early. Two cinema cameras, drone. I work the room without being seen and stay closely coordinated with your planner and photographer.

You celebrate. I’m there.

Wedding Day

Quiet. Present.
Invisible when it counts.

The best wedding films are made by someone you forget is there. I stay close to the emotion and far from the way.

06

Post-Production

Within two weeks of your wedding, you’ll receive a 60–90 second teaser: a first look at the feel and tone of your film, before the full edit is complete. The full film takes up to 10 weeks. I take this seriously. The edit gets the same attention as the shooting.

07

Delivery

Your finished film arrives via a private online gallery. Full 4K resolution. The gallery includes your main wedding film and every film included in your collection — trailers, speeches, and any add-ons you’ve commissioned.

Real Kodak Super 8 Film

Some collections include real Kodak Super 8 film — a vintage texture that makes wedding films feel less like recordings and more like memories. Warm. Textured. Alive.
