Information you give us directly
When you submit an inquiry through our Site, book our services, or communicate with us, we may collect:

We do this so we can be fully present during our conversation and accurately remember the details of your wedding vision. We will inform you at the start of any call that recording is taking place, and you may decline. Transcripts and notes are stored securely with your project information and used only to serve you.
How we store and protect your information
We store your information using reputable third-party platforms that maintain their own security measures. We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services, maintain our business records, and comply with our legal and tax obligations. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize it.
