Bride with bridesmaids in vineyard

For Wedding Planners

Present when needed.
Invisible when not.

I work hand-in-hand with luxury wedding planners across the United States and Canada. Quiet on the day, fast to respond, built for couples who hire planners precisely because they don’t want to be managed.

Who I Work With

Full-service planners
doing serious work.

Full-service luxury planners in Palm Beach, Scottsdale, Sedona, Charleston, and across the United States. Most of the couples I film are working with planners doing $200K+ weddings, multi-day weekends, and destination logistics.

The planner is the project manager. I’m one vendor in a larger orchestration, and I treat it that way.

I work best with couples who want their wedding film to feel like a document of a real day — unhurried, honest, and made to last. If that’s the kind of client you tend to attract, we’re likely a good match.

What You Can Expect

What you can expect from me.

Quick Response

I reply to planner emails within 24 hours, usually within 4–6.

No Couple Management

Once booked, I check in at booking, at the six-week mark, and that’s it. I don’t add to your inbox.

A Clear Point Of Contact

You get me, not an account manager. The person you brief is the person on the floor at 7am.

Calm On The Day

Two cinema cameras, drone, no entourage, no assistants making decisions. I work the room without being seen.

Vendor-Friendly

I coordinate directly with photographers, DJs, and venue managers. I don’t compete for moments. I share scouting notes when it helps the day.

Honest Scope

If a couple’s expectations don’t match my work, I’ll tell them on the discovery call — not in week twelve.

The Day Itself

Present without
being a distraction.

I stay closely coordinated with your team and completely invisible to your couple. You run the day. I document it.

What I’ll Ask of You

Three things.
That’s it.

A real timeline by the four-week mark. Not a draft. The version you’d send a photographer for ceremony positioning.

Introduction to the photographer. A 15-minute call before the wedding eliminates a lot of friction on the day.

Honest direction if I’m getting it wrong. I’d rather hear it on Monday than read it in a review.
